3. Service Agreements

Each service provided by Maanjari Technology is subject to a separate service agreement, which will outline specific terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing. Clients are required to review and sign the service agreement before any work commences.

4. Payment Terms

• Pricing: Prices for services are outlined in the service agreement and are subject to change with notice.
• Payment Schedule: Payment terms, including deposits and payment deadlines, are detailed in the service agreement.
• Late Payments: Late payments may result in delayed delivery of services and/or additional fees. Maanjari Technology reserves the right to suspend services until payment is received in full.

5. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All intellectual property rights in materials created by Maanjari Technology (e.g., websites, logos) will be transferred to the client upon full payment.
• Third-Party Materials: Use of third-party materials (e.g., stock images, plugins) is subject to the licensing terms of the respective owners.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Content: Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content (e.g., text, images) in a timely manner.
• Feedback: Timely feedback is crucial to the project’s success. Delays in feedback may result in extended timelines.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information, including but not limited to business plans, customer lists, and proprietary technology, in strict confidence and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

• Service Warranty: Maanjari Technology warrants that services will be performed in a professional manner and in accordance with industry standards.
• Limitation of Liability: Maanjari Technology is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.

9. Termination

• Termination by Client: The client may terminate the service agreement at any time with written notice. Any work completed up to the termination date will be billed to the client.
• Termination by Maanjari Technology: Maanjari Technology reserves the right to terminate the service agreement if the client fails to comply with these terms and conditions.

10. Governing Law

13. Company Property and Liability

• Unauthorized Removal of Property: Any employee found taking company property without the company's knowledge or permission will face legal action. Maanjari Technology reserves the right to pursue legal recourse, including but not limited to, filing a lawsuit for theft or misappropriation of company assets.
• Copyright and Ownership: All company properties, including intellectual property, hardware, software, and documentation, are the exclusive property of Maanjari Technology and are protected under copyright law.
• Stamp and Liability Disclaimer: Maanjari Technology is not responsible for any actions or commitments made on documents that do not bear the official company stamp. Any such documents are considered unauthorized and non-binding on Maanjari Technology.
